The No Docs USA loan is available as a 3- or 5-year ARM, a 30-year fully amortizing loan or a 30-year interest-only loan.
With the 30-year interest-only loan, you have the choice each month to make interest-only payments or pay interest and principal for the first 10 years of the loan. After the fixed-rate period, interest plus principal is due
